My kids are coming for the holidays and both are looking forward to hit the golf course while they are here in the southwest. Unfortunately for them, winter time is high season for the golf courses here, but that won’t deter them. They will make their reservations and link up with other visitors or snow birds and have a great time. One of my Christmas gifts for both of them is a round of 18 holes on a nice golf course here. There are so many golf courses to choose from here. Many resort golf courses were designed by top notch golf course designers, such as Nicholaus, Cupp, and Jones to name a few. I searched online for some golf courses that I could reasonably afford for the later part of December. I have friends visiting during that time too, who are also golf lovers. They will be staying with their son, but my boys know them, so it might work out if all four could get together for another golf date. When I get around to it, I will have to learn the game, so I could join my family and friends when they visit.
